Barbara E. Baldwin, age 71, of New Lisbon died on Tuesday October 25, 2016 as the result of an automobile accident.  Barbara was born on August 12, 1945 in Sullivan, WI to Hilton F. and Marcella L. (Bennett) Wagie.  Barbara was a 1963 graduate of the New Lisbon High School.  Barbara was united in marriage to Thomas A. Baldwin on September 28, 1963 at the Bethany Lutheran Church in New Lisbon.

Barbara was a collector, she loved to collect Precious Moments, coins, and stamps. She loved taking care of her family, and of their 4 legged friends 1 dog and 3 cats, and a Cockatiel named Holly.  Barbara was the town of Clearfield Treasurer for 30 years retiring in 2010.  She also worked for Energy Components, and the Garment Factory.

She is survived by her Husband Thomas of New Lisbon, daughters, Tammy (Lance Locken) Baldwin Glick of Camp Douglas, WI,  and Teresa Baldwin of New Lisbon, WI, her mother Marcella Wagie Janney of Tomah, and a sister Donna Sharp of O’Fallon, MO, and by nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her father Hilton, and a sister Louise Hemenway.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday October 31, 2016 at 11:00am at the New Lisbon Community Center (110 Welch Prairie Rd).  Relatives and friends may call at the New Lisbon Community Center on Sunday, October 30 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm, and on Monday from 10:00am until the time of service.  Pastor Deb Burkhalter presiding.  Memorials to the Breast Cancer Association would be appreciated.  The Hare Funeral Home in New Lisbon is assisting the family with services.   Online guestbook available at www.harefuneralhome.com
