Dale T. Georgeson

Dale T. Georgeson, age 73 of New Lisbon WI, died on Monday February 5, 2018 at Mile Bluff Medical Center in Mauston.  Dale was the son of Lester E. and Evelyn L. (Christensen) Georgeson and was born on February 27, 1944 in the Town of Cutler, Wisconsin. 

Dale was raised on the family farm in Orange Township.  He attended the New Lisbon Schools, graduating in 1962.  Dale was united in marriage to Katherine C. Mathews on July 19, 1965 at the United Methodist Church in Mauston, WI.  After High School, Dale went straight to work for Leer Manufacturing in New Lisbon. He worked as draftsman, and in refrigeration, later retiring after 45 years. 

Dale was an active member of the New Lisbon Winding Rivers Methodist Church, enjoyed woodworking, and loved to hunt. 

He is survived by his wife Katherine of New Lisbon, children, Drea (Mark) Bliss of New Lisbon, Ryan (Lisa) Georgeson of Lakeville, MN, a brother Karl (Peg) Katuin of New Lisbon, grandchildren, Branda (Tyler) Muller, Mitchell Bliss, Kayla Georgeson, a great granddaughter Sophie Osborne, several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and a step-father Maurice Katuin.
