Laura J. Folland, age 61, of Reedsburg WI died on Wednesday April 19, 2017 at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.  Laura was the daughter of James and Elizabeth (Ruland) Larson and was born on October 22, 1955 in Mauston, Wisconsin. 

Laura attended the New Lisbon Schools where she was an excellent student and enjoyed reading.  She later moved to Elkhorn, Wisconsin where she began raising her children.  Laura later moved to the hills outside of Reedsburg near Lake Redstone where she fell in love with the area that she would always call home.

Laura began her road to sobriety more than 25 years ago which led her to a renewed belief and relationship with Jesus Christ.  Her strong faith and ability to teach others led Laura to minister at the Juneau County Jail in Mauston.  Laura enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and the wind in her face while riding motorcycle. 

Laura is survived by her daughters, Lisa Williamson (Jeff Ingraham) of Mauston, Tammy Williamson (Tom Robinson) of Lyndon Station, Danielle (Jeff) Andraschko of Portage, five grandchildren, Bethanie, Hunter, Leigha, Camille, Demitri, a great grandchild Carrwin, five siblings, Loren (Sherry) Larson of Alaska, Kirby Larson of New Lisbon, Kris Larson of New Lisbon, Nancy (John) Nelsen of New Lisbon, Paula (Joel) Matson of New Lisbon, and by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Bonnie Larson, and Rita Larson, and a nephew Kyle Larson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday April 24, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Hare Funeral Home in New Lisbon (217 W.
