Paul A. Greisen, age 79, of Hustler, WI died on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, in La Crosse, WI.  Paul was the son of William and Minnie (Collins) Greisen, and was born on May 16, 1937, in Whitestown, Vernon County. 

Paul was one of 12 children that was raised with a love for the land.  He also was a generous, thoughtful person that would go above and beyond to lend a helping hand when it was needed. 

He worked for several years farming for Alvin and Joyce Hanson until they retired from farming.  He then worked at Wildcat State Park until transferring to Mill Bluff State Park.  He worked there for several years.  Always busy with the outside work, teaching about nature to anyone that listened.  He also worked in the cranberry industry.  In his spare time, he also did relief milking for farmers. 

Paul is survived by a brother Art Greisen, of Mauston, a sister Bonnie of Montello, and a sister-in-law Darlene Greisen.  Greatly Missed by numerous nephews, nieces, and many other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 8 sisters, and 1 brother. 

A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held on Saturday March 25, 2017 at the Hooterbowl (205 S. St), in Hustler, from 11:00 until 2:00.  In honor of Paul please wear your favorite sports apparel.
