Regina Lee (Gibbons) Reynolds (A.K.A: Zina, Z, Z animal and Gina), age 34 of Camp Douglas, WI, died on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at her home.  Gina was the daughter of Jerry and Kathleen (Westerman) Gibbons and was born on Wednesday, February 16, 1983, in Sparta, Wisconsin.

Gina was a 2001 Highschool graduate of New Lisbon High School.  She then went on to college at WTC in La Crosse, graduating in 2004 with a degree in Criminal Science.  She was united in marriage to Edward Reynolds on September 18, 2004, in Hustler.  Gina and Edward later moved to West Salem, Onalaska, and then back home to the farm.

Gina was diagnosed on August 12, 2015 with ALS.  She passed away as, not even the strongest get out of life alive.  Some people just have to leave sooner than others.

Gina had many hobbies she enjoyed, to name a few; scrapbooking, hunting, she was a cheerleader coach, enjoyed camping, and having bonfires with friends, and connecting with the world on Facebook.  She also enjoyed photography, taking a class in La Crosse, and later doing senior pictures, and wedding pictures.  Her most favorite thing was Hustler Fest weekend.  Gina was always ready to help a friend in a time of need.

Gina is very proud to say she is survived by the following…(get comfortable, it’s a long list).  Her husband Eddy Reynolds and their 2 children, Natasha “Tasha”, and Owen of Camp Douglas, her parents, Jerry (Kathy) Gibbons of Hustler, her paternal grandmother Dorothy Gibbons of Camp Douglas, and further survived by many many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, lets name a few shall we? (of course, it’s my obituary after all!!) These are the family and friends who were helpful to me… but the list is so long we ran out of ink, if you knew Gina you were on her list.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather William Gibbons, her maternal grandparents Lolabell Halverson and Henry Westerman, her aunt Rebecca Paul, and an uncle Timothy Westerman.

A Gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Hare Funeral Home (217 W. Pearl St.),in New Lisbon from 2:00pm until 6:00pm.  Online guestbook available at www.harefuneralhome.com
