My sincere condolences to Andy's family and friends. It is hard to say goodbye to a friend I have know since childhood days. Some of my favorite times were playing in a band in high school days. I am thankful to Dorothy who always supported music and let us practice in the basement at the house in Lyons (Even when Andy would turn up the volume to 11). Andy was an accomplished guitarist even back then. He had a great sense of humor and had a fun comment for just about anything. He was a friend to all in the neighborhood and will be greatly missed! I am sorry that I found out too late to be at the service. He will always have a place in my heart.
