Betty L. (Kennedy) Henricks

Betty Lou (Kennedy) Henricks was born to Calvin George and Doris Josephine (Hams) Kennedy September 4, 1927 in Cashton, Wisconsin on the family farm.

Betty entered into Holy Matrimony with Marvin C Henricks Sr from Clifton WI, May 17, 1947 in Waukegan, Illinois. They were married for 49 years and had four children born to them.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Carl, daughter Carolyn Jane, and son Roger Dale Sr., her Mother and Father, Doris and Calvin Kennedy, her brother Harlen Kennedy and grandson Roger Dale Henricks Jr. Along with Mother and Father-in-law Frank and Hazel Henricks.

Betty is survived by her daughter Beverly J. (Mark F.) Thorp, and son Marvin C. (Bonnie J) Henricks Jr. Six sisters and one brother: Dolora (Ed) Brewer, Adeline Herritz, Rozella (Allen) Creed, Mary (Ed) Wilson, David (Rose) Kennedy, Peggy Jones, and Linda Kennedy.

Betty is survived by 10 grandchildren, Jason Henricks, Benjamin Henricks, Travis Henricks, Terry, Grinnell, Jamie (Jay) Stark, Eddie Blaylock, Bobbi (Tim) Jones, Betty Wilson, Billie (Luther) Cruz, and Marvin C. Henricks III.

She also has 27 great grandchildren. Bennett Christian Gabroy (Henricks), Dylan Matthew Henricks, Savannah Rose Henricks, Tanner Dale Linboom, Trenton Alexander Olsen, Zandor D Hanson, SRA Taylor (A1C Chase) Morneau, PFC Dylanger James Stark, Edward C. Blaylock, Gabrielle Jean Blaylock, Timothy Robert Jones Jr., Daniel James Jones, Adam Wesley Jones, Rachael Ann Jean Wilson, Renae Lou Anne Wilson, Kendra Nicole Olivia Wilson, Xavion Angel Cruz, Jolicia Jean Cruz, Jordan Angel Cruz, Julianna Jean Cruz and Terry Joe Grinnell Jr, Shantae Lynette Grinnell, Alycia Grinnell, and Conner Grinnell.

Betty was a Mother, Housewife and waitress. She was a Born-again Christian who loved the Lord, Bible Study, her family, friends, Bingo, and cards. She was a Lifelong member of the Camp Douglas VFW 10911 Auxiliary, Bunco Club, and a Birthday Club.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday July 27th, 2019 at 11:00AM at the Hare Funeral Home (217 W. Pearl St) in New Lisbon, WI.  Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday at the Hare Funeral Home from 9:00 until the time of service.   Internment will take place at Clifton Cemetery directly following the Services. The Luncheon will be served at the Camp Douglas VFW Hall at 1:00 p.m.  The Hare Funeral Home in New Lisbon is assisting the family with arrangements.  Online condolences available at www.harefuneralhome.com
