Christina L. Beranek

Christina Lynn Beranek, age 55 of New Lisbon, WI passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, August 13th, 2018.  Christina was the daughter of Bernie and Dorothy (McCarty) Beranek, and was born on October 21, 1962 in Mauston, WI. 

Christie was known to everyone as Crystal.  Crystal moved to the Madison area around 1981.  She worked in the healthcare and music industry.  She was also known as “Rock-N-Roll Mama”.  She was well known in the music industry working closely with local and National Headliner Rock Bands.  She and her son Brandon moved back to New Lisbon where she met Eric and spent her last seven years with her son Brandon and grandchildren.

Crystal is survived by her son Brandon, grandchildren Greyson and Tyrael, her loving boyfriend Eric Koca, her father Bernard Beranek, sisters, Colette (Alan) Ruf, Mary Kay (Bret) Hillyer, a brother Mike (Candace), also several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Beranek and Grandmother Mary Beranek. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 25th, 2018 at Wonderly’s Bar in New Lisbon, from 3:00pm until 7:00pm.  Music will be provided by Dr. Bob.  The Hare Funeral Home in New Lisbon is assisting the family with arrangements.  Online condolences available at www.harefuneralhome.com
