Josephine C. (Fischer) Petrick

Josephine C. Petrick, age 89, of Beaver Dam, WI formerly of Necedah, WI died on Tuesday January 11, 2022, at the Beaver Dam Health Care Center.  She was the daughter of Joseph and Phoebe (Darling) Fischer and was born on March 11, 1932 in Mauston, WI.  Josephine was raised in the Mauston area.

Josephine was united in marriage to Wesley Petrick on April 30, 1955, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Mauston, WI.  Josephine and her husband lived for many years in the Necedah area.

Josephine is survived by her children: Michael Petrick, Patricia (George) Lahmann, Richard Petrick, Daniel (Beth) Petrick, Bonnie (Steve) Jandrowski, and by grandchildren; Mia, Lisa, Jeffery’(Leasa), Kelly (Glen), Christopher, Joseph, Steve, Amanda, Bradley, Jennifer (Dirk), Wesley (Amanda), and by 12 great grandchildren: CharleeAnn, Ben, Lance, Brendan, Caitlyn, Nathaniel, Samantha, Maria, Gracie, Izzy, Alex and Eli. And by one great great granddaughter Emerson.  Further survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wesley and a son John and by her siblings Lyle, Marge, Gene, Raymond, Helen, Mel, Loretta, Johnny and Leonard.

The family request that those people attending wear something Pink in memory of Josephine’s favorite color.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday January 20, 2022, at 3:00P.M. at the Hare Funeral Home in New Lisbon.  A visitation will be from 2:00P.M. until the time of service.  After the service there will be a gathering at The Opera house with food and beverage.   Online condolences are available at www.harefuneralhome.com.
