Linda Balgord Fenton, beloved by both her family and the theater community, passed away from a sudden illness on March 5, 2024 at the age of 64. Born to Richard and Loretta Balgord, Linda's life was characterized not only by her immense talent, but especially by her unwavering love and support for her family.
Linda cherished her husband, Andy Fenton. Their partnership endured for more than thirty years. Her brother, Michael Balgord, was immensely proud of Linda and they had a close relationship. For her nephew, Evan Balgord, Linda was always offering her encouragement. Others will remember Linda's down to earth nature, sense of humor, and tremendous kindness.
Beyond her family, Linda's generosity extended to her community. Following in her parent's footsteps, she was a passionate advocate for the New Lisbon Memorial Library, and its programs to support local children.
In the world of theater, Linda's talent shone brightly. She had an incredible presence, both on and off the stage. She was a mentor and inspiration to many.
Linda leaves behind a void that will be deeply felt, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
As we say goodbye, Linda's family wishes her to be surrounded by flowers, which she loved dearly. Donations to the New Lisbon Memorial Library will also be deeply appreciated.
