Wayne O'Brien Obituary

Wayne Francis O’Brien, age 57 of Necedah, WI. died unexpectedly on June 19th, 2021, at his home. He was born on July 4th, 1963, to Warren and Carrol (Springer) O’Brien from Black River Falls, WI. Wayne was raised in the Black River Falls area, he attended middle school there and later received his GED in Minnesota. Wayne was united in marriage to Frankie A LeDuc on August 30, 1985, at Brooklyn Center, MN. Wayne worked as a maintenance/welder for Torrance Foundry in Onalaska, WI for two years. Wayne loved riding motorcycle, fishing, hunting and spending time with his wife and fur babies.

Wayne is survived by his wife Frankie of Necedah, stepson Anthony Murphy of Richmond, VA, his stepdaughter Diane (Eric Wielgosz) Carlson of MN, sister Julie (Barey) of Black River Falls, sister Diane of St. Paul, MN, brother Patrick (Vickie) O’Brien of West Salem, WI, two grandsons, five nephews and one niece and many friends. He is further survived by his two loving cats Rusty and Teeny. He was preceded in death by his parents Warren and Carrol O’Brien.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at 3:00pm at the home of Andrew and Pam Borman (606 Bluff St, Necedah, WI 54646). Relatives and friends are invited to join for a meal after the service. Family asks for you to bring lawn chairs to sit in.
