Julie Marie Langendorf was ushered into the loving arms of King Jesus by her attending Angels on January 6, 2017 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of 25 years to Jim Langendorf, and loving mother to Courtney, Hannah and Ryan.

Julie was born in Fort Collins, Colorado on September 4, 1969. She graduated in 1987 from Pear Park Christian School in Grand Junction, Colorado, and Maranatha Baptist Bible College, Watertown, Wisconsin in 1991.

She is survived by her parents Jim and Sandi Roberts of Montrose, Colorado, brother Garrett Roberts of Pueblo, Colorado, grandparents Leslie and Margaret Cook of Montrose Colorado, husband Jim and children Courtney, Hannah and Ryan, all of Mauston, Wisconsin.

Julie was a tower of strength after learning that her body was riddled with cancer 6 months ago. She fought courageously, her faith in a loving, merciful God never shaken. Never did she complain or question God's will for her life, but continued joyfully serving her Lord Jesus Christ with her daycare and as church pianist at First Baptist Church of New Lisbon until literally the last 3 weeks of her life. Julie lived her life for her Savior, her family and her church. Among her many accomplishments, she started and ran a daycare ministry in her home for over 20 years, caring for as many as 18 children. In her spare time she was an avid photographer and scrapbooker, enjoyed camping with family and friends, and was active in organizing events and activities for the First Baptist Home School Association.

A Funeral Service to honor the life of Julie Langendorf is scheduled for 1:00 Thursday, January 12, 2017 at First Baptist Church (525 S. Washington St.) of New Lisbon. The family will host a visitation at the First Baptist Church from 3:00 PM to 6:00PM on Wednesday, January 11th.  Pastor Delbert Oatsvall presiding.  Burial will be in the Mauston City Cemetery.  The Hare Funeral Home is assisting the family with services.  Online condolences available at www.harefuneralhome.com
